Održana edukacija za mentore

U mjesecu borbe protiv ovisnosti, točnije 1. i 2. prosinca 2021. godine održali smo edukaciji za volontere u mentorskom programu Najbolji JA – Sveobuhvatni program selektivne prevencije ovisnosti! Mentori su kroz ovu edukaciju unaprijedili svoje znanje i osvijestili svoje resurse za mentoriranje, a najviše smo se fokusirali na objašnjavanje mentoriranja i obaveza mentora u ovom projektu.

Na edukaciji je sudjelovalo ukupno 11 volontera, budućih mentora djeci.

„Najbolji ja“ je nastavak mentorskih programa koji Centar za nestalu i zlostavljanu djecu kontinuirano provodi među djecom i mladima u rizičnom socijalnom okruženju ili s problemima u ponašanju, s ciljem prevencije rizičnih ponašanja kod djece i mladih, uključujući i prevenciju ovisnosti. Svrha edukacije je bila upoznati volontere s radom i usavršiti ih i dodatno razviti vještine za rad s djecom. Edukacija je uključivala različite oblike interaktivnog rada s teorijskim i iskustvenim djelom!

Uključivanjem u mentorski program „Najbolji ja“ se postiže:

– razvijanje socijalnih vještina i znanja kod djece i mladih

– kvalitetno provođenje slobodnog vremena

– unaprjeđenje znanja o utjecaju i posljedicama sredstava ovisnosti i zdravim načinima života.
